    1. Introduction

1.1 When you ("the User" or "you") use the Woof platform and services, operated by Dogi AB ("Woof", "we"), as defined in Woof's General Terms and Conditions ("Terms of Use"), you trust Woof to handle your personal data. This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") explains what types of personal data Woof collects, why Woof collects such data, and what Woof uses the personal data for – all to help you exercise your rights.

Such personal data is collected by Woof to enable the provision of the mentioned services and may include information as described below.

    2.2 Contact Information, etc.

When you choose to apply for an account with Woof and/or use the services, Woof will collect personal data such as your name, address, email address, mobile phone number, personal identification number, and other information you choose to provide based on the services you intend to use.

    2.3 Location Information

When using certain services, Woof collects information about the geographic location of your mobile phone, if you have allowed the application to access location services.

    2.4 Payment Information

When making a purchase in the application or on the website, you will be asked to provide payment information, such as card details or other relevant information for the selected payment method.

    2.5 Account Information

When you register, Woof may collect information such as your bank, account number, or other relevant information to process payments.

    2.6 Technical Information

When downloading the application and/or using the services, certain technical information or codes may be collected, such as your mobile phone's unique device ID or model.

    3. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

3.1 Woof registers and processes personal data primarily to provide, maintain, and improve the platform and services, administer the platform and services, and to offer relevant support.

3.2 Woof also processes personal data to fulfill obligations under applicable laws, regulations, and decisions by authorities.

3.3 Additionally, personal data is processed to enable the offering of certain other services and products, and to inform about offers and news from Woof and Woof's partners.

3.4 Processing of personal data is also carried out for statistical purposes and evaluations to develop and improve the platform and services.

3.5 Furthermore, Woof may process your personal data to assist you when applying for account registration with Woof and to provide further information about the services, such as if your application was interrupted and the process therefore not completed.

    4. Access to Registered Personal Data

You have the right, free of charge once per calendar year, to obtain information about your personal data registered and processed by Woof, how the personal data has been collected, for what purposes it has been processed, and to which third parties it may have been transferred ("Register Extract"). A request for a Register Extract must be in writing and signed by you. Requests should be sent to Dogi AB (Woof), Brahegatan 3, 114 37 Stockholm, Sweden, or via email to Woof's support (with a scanned copy of your written request attached).

    5. Right to Rectification, etc.

If you find that personal data registered by Woof is incorrect, inadequate, or processed contrary to the purposes above (see section 3), the Swedish Personal Data Act, or other applicable legislation, you may request that Woof rectifies, blocks, or deletes such registered data. Such a request should be made via email to Woof's support.

    6. Marketing

Woof and its partners may direct offers to you via, for example, the application, email, post, and SMS. Direct marketing must comply with applicable laws, regulations, codes of conduct, and ethical guidelines. If you do not wish to receive marketing from Woof, you can contact Woof's support or send a request by letter to Dogi AB (Woof), Brahegatan 3, 114 37 Stockholm, Sweden.

    7. Protection of Personal Data

Woof takes the issue of personal data security very seriously. To the extent Woof processes and stores your personal data, it is done on servers located within the EU. When your personal data is stored, Woof takes all necessary and reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. Access to information is strictly limited in various ways (e.g., user authorization and password requirements, which are only assigned to employees who need access to perform their duties). Other security measures include encryption, firewalls, as well as physical restrictions and controls for access to buildings and files.

    8. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties, etc.

Woof may share collected personal data in accordance with this privacy policy. Woof may share your personal data with companies within the Woof group or with other companies that Woof collaborates with, for the above purposes (see section 3) both within and outside the EU. If, and to the extent, Woof stores your personal data, such data is always stored by Woof or companies within the same group.

    9. Location Information

Woof may collect, process, and share your mobile phone's precise geographic location in real-time to provide certain services. To allow collection of such location information, you must have enabled "allow location access" on your mobile phone. You may revoke your consent at any time by stopping the use of Woof's services that require location data and by turning off the "allow location access" feature on your phone.

    10. Cookies and Analytics

10.1 A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser. The Website uses a few cookies and similar browser storage that are necessary for it to work (signing in, paying, remembering your language and your cookie choice). These need no consent.

10.2 With your consent, the Website also uses Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, to understand how visitors find and use Woof and to improve it. Analytics cookies are only set after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you click "Reject", or do nothing, no analytics cookie is set and no identifier is stored on your device; Google then receives only anonymous, cookieless signals about page views that cannot be linked to you. You can change your choice at any time under "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

10.3 When you are signed in and have accepted analytics, your Woof account id (an internal identifier, never your name or email) is attached to the analytics data so that we can understand how members use Woof across devices. Google Analytics does not store your name, email, phone number or IP address, and we do not use Google Signals or advertising identifiers. Google may process this data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses in Google's data processing terms.

10.4 The mobile app does not use browser cookies. If the app measures usage, it asks for your consent in the app and follows the same rules.
