Can I meet the sitter first?
Yes, and it is worth doing before a first booking. Message the sitter in the app and suggest a short meeting, so your pet can meet them and you can go through routines, feeding and anything they should know about training for your pet.
Will I hear how it is going?
Agree that with your sitter when you book training. You and the sitter keep the same message thread in the app before, during and after the booking, so photos and updates go there.
Which pets can sitters take?
That is up to each sitter, and their profile says what they take — dogs of a given size, cats, or other pets — along with whether they have animals of their own at home. Tell them about your pet when you ask about training.

What if my plans change?
